Adam West
Adam West serves as the Future Ready Coordinator for the Putnam County School System. With over 30 years in education, his experience spans CTE Personal Finance certification, special education, health, wellness, and mathematics.
He has been part of the VITAL program for more than 16 years, teaching online courses in math, health, physical education, and personal finance. He also serves as an adjunct instructor for Tennessee Tech University.
In addition to teaching, Adam develops engaging online curriculum, serves as an EdTech tools coach, and supports district initiatives as the Qualtrics administrator. He is passionate about leveraging online learning to expand access, increase flexibility, and promote equitable opportunities for all students.

Dr. Ciara Cassity
Dr. Ciara Cassity serves as the EPSO Specialist for Putnam County Schools, supporting Early Postsecondary Opportunities including Dual Enrollment, AP, and the Putnam County Middle College program.
She works closely with students, families, and postsecondary partners to expand access to college and career pathways while helping students navigate enrollment, requirements, and program opportunities.
